Alberton has an estimated population of +/- 205 000 with
easy access to all the major cities by using close by freeways such as the
R59, N3 and N12. Alberton is situated approx.
25 minutes travelling
time from the Johannesburg International Airport and approximately 10 kms
from Johannesburg and is serviced by rail, bus and taxi.

350-2000m2. Our summers are mild with an average of 20 degrees
Celsius and our winters are cold and dry with an average of 9 degrees
Celsius. Occasional frost falls between May and August and we
experience moderate winds mainly during the August month.
